From 15th June 2020, the bank at which you have opened the blocked account can contact us directly by e-mail to email@example.com. The Embassy will only confirm by e-mail to the bank that no visa has been issued.
Alternatively, you can register for an appointment at the Embassy in order to obtain a consular certification.
Important! If you have made a remonstration in the case of a refused visa, you must first also expressly revoke this by e-mail to the Embassy. As long as a decision on the remonstration has not been made, the blocking notice cannot be released to the bank.
